For more than a decade, I’ve built my career in recruiting — partnering with hiring leaders, evaluating talent, and making decisions about who advances and who doesn’t.

Alongside my recruiting career, I’ve studied astrology since 2013 — not as prediction, but as a structured framework for understanding identity and recurring patterns.

In 2021, I formalized my approach through an ICF certified coaching program, grounding my work in transformational coaching methodology and strategic facilitation.

I am a certified DISC Level 2 trainer, integrating behavioral analysis into leadership development and alignment work.

These disciplines evolved in parallel:
