How do I book a service?
All services are purchased directly through the website. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

How are live sessions scheduled?
The Career Reset, Resume & LinkedIn Review, and The Cosmic Alignment are conducted via live video call.

After payment is received, you will be contacted via email to schedule your session(s).

What is your rescheduling policy?
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a live session.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture.

Sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe outlined in your confirmation email.

When do I receive digital downloads?
Self-paced guides and digital products are delivered immediately after payment is completed. Access details are provided on the confirmation page and via email.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

When will I receive my birth chart reading?
Recorded birth chart readings are delivered as private voice recordings within 5 business days of purchase.

You will receive the recording via email once it is complete.

Do I need my exact birth time?
Yes. An accurate birth time is required for precise chart interpretation. Please confirm your birth time before booking.

What’s the difference between the Big 3 and Full Birth Chart Reading?
The Big 3 Reading focuses on your Sun, Moon, and Rising placements.

The Full Birth Chart Reading provides a comprehensive exploration of planetary placements, houses, aspects, and recurring themes.

What makes your coaching different?

Do you (re)write resumes for clients?
Short answer? No.

Long answer? The Resume & LinkedIn Review is a strategic refinement session. I provide actionable feedback and positioning guidance rather than full-service rewriting.

Is DISC included in every session?
DISC-based behavioral insight may be incorporated into select intensives or offered as an enhancement. It is not automatically included in shorter sessions.

Is this therapy?
No. My services are coaching-based and focused on personal and professional development. They do not replace mental health therapy or clinical services.

Are services refundable?
Due to the personalized and digital nature of my work, services and downloads are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

Can I record our live session?
